To Whom It May Concern,

The 6th World Kite Championships hosted by the International Kite Federation(ISF) and organized by the Chinese Kite Association and Weifang Municipal Government shall be held in Weifang City, the Chinese Famous Capital of Kite from April 21 to 22, 2010. To strengthen the kite cultural exchanges between different countries and regions and promote the improvement of technical skills of the world kite fliers, you and your team are welcome to China for the above competition. Kite fliers from different countries and regions are also welcome to China to participate.

The organizing committee shall provide you and your team with local transportation and board & lodging during your stay in Weifang(from April 19 to 22).
